Set of seven vintage coasters produced by Piero Fornasetti of Milano Italy ca 1950s 1960s.
I believe these are part of the Le Oceanidi series.
Each depicts a beautiful woman coming out of a sea shell, very detailed.
Color is black on white with a gilded edge.
Signed Fornasetti Milano Made In Italy For Rosenfeld Imports and has the traditional hand with brush mark.
"Le Oceanidi" cocktail coasters with an aquatic (shell and female) theme can be used for a cocktail or a small bowl for nuts, olives, or cocktail snacks. Fabulous and collectible Fornasetti style.

Condition
Very Good. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Very good vintage condition with very minor wear to the underside of the coaster. The print image is in tact with no wear apparent. Minor loss to gold gilt edges as shown. No known restorations.
